Overview
With more than twenty brands and multiple platforms in operation, Hearst Magazines managed its commercial offering through independent sites, isolated documents, and manual processes. Fragmentation made it difficult to present the company's complete proposal, generated duplicate efforts between teams, and led to lost sales opportunities.

The brand needed a clear, centralized digital experience that would bring order to its commercial ecosystem, facilitating access to products, advertising formats, and case studies from a single location.
approach
The new platform reorganizes Hearst's commercial ecosystem into a unified, easy-to-navigate experience. Under a consistent visual system across brands, the tool allows for the clear presentation of products, advertising formats, and case studies, offering internal teams a more efficient way to work and communicate with clients and partners.

More than just an informational site, it has become a living, scalable sales hub designed to grow with the company and adapt to new business needs.
Key results
+20 brands unified on a single centralized commercial platform.

+150 formats and products organized for more efficient sales.

Consistent visual system applied to all brands in the group.

Content that can be updated without manual processes or duplicate files.
THE OUTCOME
A tool that keeps getting better
The Hearst project has been a success since its launch, becoming an essential platform for the brand and the sales teams of each of its magazines. Since the first version, we have made improvements and modifications to add features and optimize processes, making the product more robust over time.
